The point of reading non-fiction is to understand. And you don’t understand what you can’t explain.

CAPITALISM REWARDS RARE AND VALUABLE You need to stay at intersection - what you are really good at, and - what people desire, and - what other companies are not good at doing
BUSSINESS EXIST TO FULFIL HUMAN DESIRES Underlying desires are the same - capitalism fules old things done in better way, not shiny new things - nothing is enough for humans, desires evolve into derivatives
EVIDENCE OF DESIRE IS IN PEOPLE’s BEHAVIOUR (AND NOT IN WHAT THEY SAY)
- biggest mistake you can make is believe what people say, instead of observing what people do.
- behavior not words is the real evidence
NO MARKET IS EVER DONE
- find a better way to solve underlying human desire, people will move, no loyolty
- solutions come and go, but desires always stay
